- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆May 18, 2020, by Justin SiekirkI understand Christmas Eve is hectic. But what doesn't help is when, with one hour before your early closing time, you shut down the ten self checkout lanes. This forced everyone into the two or three lanes with a cashier. My wait time went from two minutes to twenty. That made no sense to me. It actually seemed they went out of their way to slow everyone down. Probably company policy, but it is a very regrettable one.
